Hotel Spring Break Policy
Groups must have resorts approval before confirmation. A $250 security deposit is required for guests under the age of 21. This security deposit will be collected at time of check in and refunded at check-out provided they are in good standing with the resort. Quad occupancy is not available. The minimum age is 18 years old for the period of Mar 1, 2010 - May 30, 2010 unless otherwise accompanied by an adult of 21 years of age and older.
