Renaissance Aruba is a smoke free resort. Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms, including balconies. Guests will be allowed to smoke in some public areas of the property which will be designated as smoking zones.

The Marina Hotel section of the Renaissance Aruba Resort and Casino is adult exclusive, 18 and older. Children will not be allowed in Marina Hotel rooms and the resort has designed several areas as exclusive to adults. These areas include the Marina Hotel pool, Okeanos Spa, Marina Hotel fitness center, The Lounge Midnight Grill, and Flamingo Beach on Renaissance Island. The Ocean Suites, all suite, section of the property remains family friendly and there are many areas of the resort that are designed for families.
