When you plan a vacation with Spirit Vacations, your low price vacation leader, you’re guaranteed to get the best price on your vacation. If you do find the same vacation somewhere else for less, we'll refund the difference. It's that simple.

How does it work?
If you find a lower price on a qualifying comparison package within 24 hours of booking your vacation simply fill out the Price Match Form and send it to us. (Adobe Reader is required to open this form)

Spirit Vacations' Customer Care team will verify the information on your Price Match Form. After confirming that your request for Price Match qualifies, you will receive a refund of the difference within 14-21 days. The refund will be applied to the credit card that you used to pay for your Spirit Vacations package and will equal the price difference between the Spirit Vacations and comparison package.

What is a qualifying comparison package?
1. Ensure the lower-priced comparison vacation is an exact match with your Spirit Vacations package. That means it has:

The same number of adults and children.

The same departure and return dates.

The same Spirit Airlines flights: matching departure cities, destinations, class of service and flight times.

The same accommodations: matching hotel, room type, number of rooms and check-in/check-out dates.

The same car rentals (if applicable): matching rental car brand, type and number of rental days.

The same additional options (if applicable), such as attractions and transfers.

NOTE: Because coverage varies, travel protection plans will not be factored into the package comparisons.

2. Confirm that all of the following conditions apply:

Full payment, or at least a deposit, has been made on your Spirit Vacations package.

The difference between the Spirit Vacations price and the comparison package price is $10 per person or more

Itinerary details for the comparison package are known prior to purchase.
Examples of packages that don't meet this condition would include packages advertised with "mystery" or "surprise" hotels, or a package you bid on and don't know the accommodations or air carriers until after your bid has been accepted.

3. Verify that the lower-priced package is publicly available for purchase.

You will need to provide a screen shot, email or fax confirmation for the lower-priced comparison package. Spirit Vacations must be able to verify this price.

Packages that do not qualify in the Price Match Guarantee include: Consolidator rates, group rates, AAA, AARP, employee rates, reward programs, coupon promotions, contests/sweepstakes, military rates, government, membership, corporate or convention rates.

This Guarantee may change or be revised without prior notice at the sole discretion of Spirit Vacations. Any refunds or credits will be issued in the amount paid for the Spirit Vacations package less any adjustments, credits or refunds that may have been issued in connection with the Spirit Vacations Best Price Guarantee. Spirit Vacations shall not be liable for the payment of refunds under the Spirit Vacations Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by any supplier/competitor or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials related to the Spirit Vacations Price Guarantee. In the event of any disputes regarding the Spirit Vacations Price Guarantee, the decisions of Spirit Vacations shall be final and binding on all parties. Void where prohibited by law.
