Search Engine Marketing & Paid Advertising Campaigns Affiliates are not authorized to utilize or bid on keywords (terms, words and phrases) incorporating the "Spirit" trade name (Spirit, Spirit Vacations, Spirit Vacation Packages, etc.). Affiliates are not authorized to incorporate into any paid advertising, the "Spirit" trade name. Affiliates are not authorized to incorporate into any paid advertising the URL of Spirit Vacations (www.spiritvacations.com, www.spirit.com, etc.). These restrictions include all links used for search engine marketing and paid advertising campaigns. Affiliates are not authorized to utilize or bid on keywords (terms, words or phrases) that are similar to the "Spirit" trade name. This includes possible misspellings, abbreviations and terms identical to the restricted trade name but use the wrong case and the merging of the restricted trade name with other terms, words or phrases. Affiliates are required to use, as negative keywords, the “Spirit” trade name and trademarked terms (Spirit, Spirit Vacations, Spirit Vacation Packages, etc.) in all paid advertising campaigns to include pay per click (PPC) and cost per click (CPC). This policy covers the use of the "Spirit" trade name links provided by Spirit Vacations through our Commission Junction program. Branded links provided by Spirit Vacations through Commission Junction may only be used within publisher web sites, not within search engines or paid advertising campaigns. Violators will be removed from the program. Search Engine Links Affiliates utilizing search engine marketing and/or paid advertising campaigns are not authorized to link directly to the Spirit Vacations web site through search engine results. Links within search engines must direct visitors to affiliate web sites, without redirects, not Spirit Vacations. Affiliates are only allowed to link and promote their own web site/brand through search engines, not Spirit Vacations. Violators will be removed from the program. Web Site Links Only banner ads and text links offered by Spirit Vacations through Commission Junction may be used within affiliate web sites. Only links within affiliate web sites may direct visitors to the Spirit Vacations web site. Title & Meta Tags The integration of the “Spirit” trade name and trade name variations (terms, words and phrases) within affiliate web site page titles and Meta tags (keywords, descriptions, etc.) is prohibited. Please see the “Recommended Keywords” section for alternative suggestions. Violators will be removed from the program. Creative, Copy & Content Affiliates are not authorized to exploit creative, copy or content from the Spirit Vacations web site for use within their own web sites. This includes search engine marketing and paid advertising campaigns. Any affiliate found utilizing Spirit Vacations' creative, copy or content will be removed from the program. All content on the Spirit Vacations web site (copy, graphics, logos, downloads, video, sound and software) is the property of Spirit Vacations or its suppliers. The compilation of all content on the Spirit Vacations web site is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of Spirit Vacations' trademarks, creative, copy and content is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the program.
